Multi Family Construction Laborer

As a Construction team member you are responsible for executing & participating in the completion of all assigned projects throughout Middleton Meyers portfolio of Multi-family assets.

What you'll do: 

• Background knowledge in Carpentry, Drywall, Painting,  Gutter cleaning & Soffit/fascia repair 


• No issues with working on ladders 


• working knowledge of power tools related to construction work


• Previous work history in repairing & installation of kitchen cabinets & countertops 


• Has in the past installed exterior & interior doors


• Performing renovations


• Installations including but not limited to kitchen, bathroom, etc


• Previous knowledge of installing hard ware, appliances, etc. 


• Teamwork Attitude 


• Punctual Attendance


• Cleans up workspace & tools after every job 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multifamily construction experience required 


• Construction Knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical,Painting,  Flooring


• Superb Time Management


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Must possess a Trustworthy & Results Driven Mentality
