Multi-Branch Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Multi-Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day operations across Dallas, Fort Worth and San Angelo branch locations, ensuring consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across equipment, inventory, fleet, facility and personnel management.

This Leadership role is accountable for the operations and financial performance of all assigned branches, including the P&L performance, customer satisfaction, team development, service execution, and adherence to MasVida’s core processes and company standards.  The Multi-Branch Operations Manager provides direct leadership to branch teams while ensuring consistent processes, expectations, and performance across all locations.

The Multi-Branch Operations Manager also services as the primary operations escalation point for assigned branches and partners closely with Customer Support, Operations Teams and Human Resources to resolved issues and continuously improve service delivery.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own all operational outcomes for the branches, including service timeliness, quality, safety, and compliance


• Manage branch P&L’s, budgets, KPIs, and cost control initiatives in alignment with corporate goals


• Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing teams including warehouse, delivery, and administrative personnel


• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory control, oxygen handling, and medical equipment readiness


• Oversee maintenance and performance of fleet vehicles; ensure DOT compliance and service schedules


• Act as branch point of contact for escalations from Customer Support, Sales, Clinical, and Operations Support


• Ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy of orders, pickups, and service tickets to meet patient and facility needs


• Enforce adherence to MasVida’s Core Processes, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols


• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready branch facility


• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management


• Support and model company culture, including recognition, accountability, and servant leadership


• Review and report on operational metrics; implement corrective actions as needed


• Collaborate with Area Director on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare support services


• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a branch or multi-function facility setting


• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, FDA)


• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive results through operational KPIs


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory/order management systems, and routing software


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Customer-first mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment


• Medical equipment, HME/DME, or post-acute care experience preferred


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
