Multicraft A Journeyman - (Bishop) - Austin Industrial

Austin Industrial is seeking a Multicraft A Journeyman to support ongoing maintenance operations at the Oxea Bishop facility. This position will provide general maintenance support across multiple craft disciplines and assist various teams as needed throughout the site. No per diem.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist and support all crafts in daily maintenance activities.


• Provide labor support to:
  
  
  
  • Boilermaker (BM) crews
  
  
  • Scaffold crews
  
  
  • Civil crews
  
  
  • Piping crews
  
  
  
  


• Perform general maintenance tasks, material handling, housekeeping, and tool support.


• Assist with equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance projects as directed by supervision.


• Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.


• Work safely and effectively in an active industrial facility.


• Maintain productivity while supporting multiple work groups as operational needs change.

Qualifications

• Multicraft A Journeyman experience preferred.


• No certifications required at this time.


• Valid Driver's License required.


• Must be able to satisfy DISA screening requirements.


• Ability to work outdoors and in an industrial environment.

Qualifications Required for this Position:

Education: no minimum education requirements.

Certification/License: NCCER Boilermaker certification, a Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card

Experience: 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
