Industrial Maintenance Technician

Night Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am

Our team follows a rotating 2-week schedule, giving you built-in days off while maintaining full-time hours.

• Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (47 hours)
• Week 2: Work Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (35.25 hours)

This means you’ll work only 7 days every 2 weeks, with every other weekend off, while still receiving a full paycheck.

What You’ll Do:

• Prevent Problems Before They Happen – Regularly inspect and perform maintenance on machines and systems to catch issues early.
• Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and fix electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic breakdowns on motors, pumps, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Work on HVAC Systems – Install, repair, and fine-tune heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to keep them efficient.
• Plumbing Repairs & Installation – Repair pipes and fittings and adjust plumbing systems as needed for smooth operation.
• Minimize Downtime – Work closely with other teams to schedule maintenance at the best times to keep production running.
• Keep Records Updated – Use a maintenance tracking system (CMMS) to log repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
• Prioritize Safety – Follow all safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and keep work areas organized and hazard-free.
• Support the Team – Train and mentor newer technicians to help them develop their skills.
• Stay Current – Participate in training programs to keep up with the latest maintenance technology and best practices.
• Show Up & Contribute – Be reliable and present at work as scheduled.

Requirements

 What You’ll Need:

• Strong experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Skilled in using maintenance tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and a basic understanding of PLCs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in electrical, mechanical, welding, or plumbing is a plus.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
