Selected individual will become part of the Shop Floor Control Management team in Palmdale. Individual will be responsible for a group of subordinate employees providing support to one or more manufacturing areas at Plant 10. Individual must be a self starter, posses strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead and direct subordinates. Will utilize MRP (Material Review Processes), SAP, and Palmdale order location systems. Will attend / chair status meeting advising management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed. Must have the ability to resolve issues that may arise in the manufacturing process by interfacing with all supporting organization. At times will be required to lead / operate a war room for a specific program. Must be flexible, open minded and capable of managing multiple tasks. Collaborate with Labor Relations and Human Resources to enhance employee engagement.

Must have an Active Secret Clearance, within the last 6 years, to start this role.Basic Qualifications:* Proficient in shop floor control operations.* Demonstrated leadership in guiding and supervisingsubordinate staff.* Familiarity with manufacturing systems like PDM, MRP,SFM, or EWI.* Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications includingWord, PowerPoint, and Excel.Active Secret Clearance required to ApplyDesired Skills:Leadership experience; must be a self starter, and possess strong interpersonal skills.Hands-on knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Elapsed Time Generated (ETG).Knowledge of SAP, ERP4C, FOD Control Procedures, Tool Crib/Warehouse procedures.Experience working in a Union environment.Demonstrated successful problem solving skills.Proven effective professional written/oral communication skills.Ability to interface with and present to multiple levels of leadership in the organization.Security Clearance Statement:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California is $85,100 - $141,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
