Are you fluent in one of the above languages and ready to take the next step in your international career?
We are hiring Customer Support / Solutions Consultants for a global leader in digital services, supporting Googles non-technical products like Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

Youll be helping users solve everyday challenges through friendly, efficient, and high-quality customer care.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer support for non-technical issues across Google services

• Help users navigate Play Store purchases, subscriptions, digital content, and family settings

• Use your language skills to ensure a personalized and empathetic user experience

• Work with international teams in a dynamic and supportive environment

Location:

Sofia, Bulgaria modern office spaces, vibrant expat community, affordable lifestyle.

Work Schedule & Hours:

• Flexible contract options: 4h / 6h / 8h per day

• Monday to Sunday shifts, depending on the project

• Schedules tailored per language group
