Multimedia Content Specialist

Executive Storytelling & YouTube Engine: Lead the production of our "un-AI-able" content. You will interview our CLT (C-suite Leadership Team) and Lead Engineers to capture the original insights that form the "Strategic Seeds" for our entire marketing org. AI-Video Orchestration: Act as the primary architect for our Gen-AI video stack (Veo3, Sora, Runway, etc.). You will turn raw executive interviews into high-production YouTube series, short-form "Agentic" explainers, and social-first video assets. Podcast Strategy & Setup: Establish the new podcasting studio by overseeing the technical setup of equipment, and developing/owning the overarching content and distribution strategy for our podcast content. Editorial Authority (Human-in-the-Loop): Serve as the final gatekeeper for brand voice and quality. You will review and refine AI-generated content (including SEO/GEO content) to ensure every asset meets our "Market Leader" standard for tone and strategic nuance. Influencer & Social Creative Kits: Partner with our Social and PR teams to build "Influence Kits". Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with our Content Engineer to ensure our visual "Seeds" are seamlessly integrated into our automated supply chains and self-service tools. 2+ Years of Experience: You have a background in multimedia journalism, high-end content production, or editorial leadership in a fast-paced tech environment. Executive Presence: You are comfortable and confident sitting across from a CEO or a Deep-Learning Engineer, asking the questions that uncover the "Why" behind the technology. AI-Native Practitioner: You aren't just "curious" about AI; you are an early adopter of Sora, Veo, or similar video models and understand how to prompt for high-fidelity visual consistency. Market Disruption Mindset: You hate "safe" content. You want to build the "Encyclopedia of AI for HR" and create the provocations that leave legacy competitors behind. High-EQ Editor: You can take a technically accurate but dry AI draft and inject the human empathy and "Market Leader" punch that moves buyers.
