Multimedia Designer

WITF and Pennon Education are seeking a creative, versatile Multimedia Designer to bring our brands and campaigns to life through compelling visual content. This role focuses primarily on graphic design for digital and print advertising, social media, email, events, and promotional materials — with website/landing page design as a valuable bonus skill.

What You'll Do

• Concept and design creative for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and large-format applications (signage, banners, event displays)
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling to maintain consistent branding across WITF and Pennon Education
• Manage projects end-to-end — from concept through revisions, approval, and production-ready files
• Coordinate with printers/vendors on quotes, proofs, and production specs
• Partner with internal teams to translate goals and messaging into effective creative

What You’ll Bring

• Strong portfolio spanning print and digital design, typography, layout, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (or comparable tools)
• Experience with CMS platforms and website content updates
• Excellent organization, communication, and multi-project management skills
• Flexibility for evening/weekend support at up to 4 events per year
• Bonus: web/landing page design experience
