Multimedia Specialist

Qualis LLC is seeking a mid-level Information Management Support Specialist to provide high ranking military members and members of the senior executive service with advisory and assistant services for Video Teleconference and Mulimedia services. This position is located at Eglin AFB, FL.

Essential Duties:

• Support Video Teleconference with bases using IP Connections.

• Scheduling of VTC in the DISN Global Video Service daily.

• Support and management of COMSEC

• Maintain and operate all computers systems required to run the VTC Program

• Respond, diagnose problems with timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.

• Provide support documentation and training

• Provide end-users support for Multimedia architecture hardware components

• Interact with network services, to restore service and identify and correct core problem.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Substitution of Experience for Education requires government approval.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Must have an understanding of the specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines, covering information, personnel, physical and industrial security
• Must have ability to quickly understand the customers overall technical objectives and mission a provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities required.
• Must exemplify a dedication to achieving the mission of the 96TW as well as high standards of quality and excellence in performing the duties.
• Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
• US Citizenship required.
