POSITION: Multimedia Specialist

LOCATION: Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)

STATUS: Full time – Contingent Hire     

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media or equivalent experience


• Experience: 5+years of related experience with developing and maintenance of digital media products in support of Marine Corp programs, including technical briefings, training visuals, executive presentations, and program communications


• Must Haves: Extensive experience with coordinating visual materials that accurately reflect system capabilities, test results, and acquisition status for internal and external stakeholders


• Citizenship and Clearance: US. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one


• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements


• Skills: Relevant digital media products experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team, Work onsite

• Tools Familiarity: Digital media products

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Developing and maintenance of digital media products in support of Marine Corp programs, including technical briefings, training visuals, executive presentations, and program communications


• Develop visual materials that accurately reflect system capabilities, test results, and acquisition status


• Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses


• Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders


• Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps
