Multimedia Systems & IT Support Specialist

Full ownership of the technical support, operation, and maintenance of advanced multimedia systems on the events floor, including podcast studios and the Green House facility. - Providing front‑facing service to clients and company employees with a strong emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and personal attention. - Real-time troubleshooting, operation of AV systems, sound, lighting, and broadcast systems. Working closely with IT teams, external vendors, floor operations teams, event managers, and Green House teams in the U.S. - Responsibility for ongoing maintenance, equipment inventory management, and coordination of services with professional vendors. - Flexibility to work evening shifts (until 23:00) according to special event needs (once or twice a week, depending on events) and Full-time, on-site only (no remote work).

- Proven experience with the implementation and operation of advanced multimedia systems, or similar roles involving ongoing work with multimedia and communication systems.

- Understanding of data communications, networking, end-user computing, cloud, and technology infrastructures.

-Proficiency with common AV systems and communication protocols (significant advantage).

- Exceptional customer service orientation, ability to work independently and as part of a team, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal communication skills

. - Availability for full-time, on-site work from the Tel Aviv office, including evening shifts.

- High level of English. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

- Strong real-time technical problem‑solving skills and creative thinking. Advantages:

- Experience managing technological projects. - Experience in IT support.

- Experience in event environments/podcast rooms / Green House studios.

עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותי IT, ספקים חיצוניים, צוותי התפעול של הקומה, מנהלי האירועים וצוותי Green House בארה"ב.

אחריות על תחזוקה שוטפת, ניהול מלאי ציוד, ותיאום שירותים עם גורמים מקצועיים.

גמישות לעבודה במשמרות ערב (עד 23:00) לפי צורך באירועים מיוחדים (פעם-פעמיים בשבוע, בהתאם לאירועים) ולעבודה ממשרדי החברה בלבד

• ניסיון מוכח בהטמעה ותפעול מערכות מולטימדיה מתקדמות או ניסיון בתפקיד דומה הכולל התעסקות שוטפת במערכות מולטימדיה ותקשורת.
• הבנה בתקשורת נתונים, רשתות, מחשבי קצה , cloud ותשתיות טכנולוגיות.
• שליטה במערכות AV נפוצות ובפרוטוקולי תקשורת (יתרון משמעותי).
• תודעת שירות גבוהה במיוחד, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, אסרטיביות, תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
• זמינות לעבודה פרונטלית בלבד ממשרדי החברה בתל אביב, כולל משמרות ערב.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
• יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ובסביבה מרובת משימות.
• יכולת פתרון בעיות טכניות בזמן אמת וחשיבה יצירתית.
