MULTIPLE SHIFTS Pharmacy Technician - Excellent Benefits Package

Actalent Health & Medical is hiring multiple pharmacy technicians to support long-term care facilities. All 3 shifts available, and able to start ASAP!

Description:

-Fills prescription items, and packaging medications for dispensing and for delivery

-Label products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels

-Participate in pharmacy inventory (checking in drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, removing expired items)

-Prepare medications (emulsions, liquids, powders, and ointments including non-sterile compounding)

-Communicate with internal and external customers

-Assist in training new employees

-Will perform at least one of the following: work in Narcotics Room, work with automated pre-pack machines, manage inventory, input patient data to produce labels, mix & package IV medications

6+ months of pharmacy technician experience required
