Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs


• Respond to work orders


• Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins


• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep


• All other duties as assigned

Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills with a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required.
