Multi-Spindle Operator

• Operate multi-spindle screw machines
• Read and understand all documentation including to ensure machining operation is performed according to Work Order, Setup Sheets, Part Drawings, Machining Process Sheets and Special Instructions
• Inspect machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Complete applicable work order, quality documentation and daily production reports as required
• Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner ensuring all tools, fixtures, materials and other supplies are cleaned and put away at the end of every shift.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.
• Identify and use all required Quality inspection tools including gauges, calipers and other fixtures

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate complex machinery.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Must have the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with regularity
