Multi-Store Sales Representative (Clearwater & Greenwood)

The Good Feet Store is searching for energetic, results-oriented individuals who desire a long term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction. We are hiring a Traveling Sales Consultant for our Greenwood & Clearwater stores, preferably with commission sales experience. You will be expected to travel between stores on an as-needed basis. If you are looking for a position where you can truly make a difference in someone’s quality of life, then this is the position for you!

You will be addressing customer inquiries with your expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for 'people-persons' who enjoy engaging with others throughout the fitting process. This is not a walk-in walk-out five minute process. You will spend time with each customer to understand their feet/knee/hip/back discomfort issues and determine which of our products will bring them relief. If you've seen or heard our TV and radio ads with our actual customers, you'll likewise see first-hand the relief that our products deliver! Additionally, you will follow-up with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the pain-relieving results. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred. Commission-based sales/retail experience very helpful, along with one-on-one sales presentation experience.... but we will happily train the right candidate!

The Good Feet Store has great retail hours! Monday - Saturday, 10:00 - 6:00 and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00. No early mornings or late nights = life balance.

OTPE (On-Target Projected Earnings) are $55,000 - $70,000 depending on personal performance.

During our first interviews via Zoom, we will talk about "A day in the life" in our store, our fabulous Lifetime Warranty, American made products, our compensation structure, including your guaranteed commissions, our benefits and perks, and much much more! Second interviews are in-store Meet and Greets with the team and leadership you'd be joining so you can get a good feel of the role, before you join. Third interviews will include the District Manager and the VP of Sales & Marketing to round up any last questions you may have!
