Skills

• Engineering and design experience with water systems, sewer systems, storm water systems, roads, and site plan review
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiarity with various Michigan agencies, including MDOT local agency system
• Strong computer skills, including internet, e-mail, Excel, and Word
• Background in construction administration/engineering is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with established clients
• Develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
• Manage projects from preliminary studies through final design and construction documents for bidding
• Oversee the development and design of new capital improvement projects from beginning to end
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Assist in developing new clients and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of related experience in project management
