As a dependable and upbeat Fixed Operations Support Staff member, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming customer experience and supporting the smooth, efficient operation of our service-related departments. From assisting guests to helping with vehicle transportation and daily department needs, every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.

  Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business.

  
  


• 
  

  Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

  Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions.
