• Ability to understand and retain instructions.


• Process anodized parts through conveyer belt oven to thoroughly dry. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections after parts have cooled to ensure they are free from defects and meet specifications.


• Ensure the surfaces of cooled parts are meticulously clean and evenly apply a high-quality, durable, and non-stick surface to the product.


• Accurately log part quantities and process operation in the ERP system.


• Select the correct box size for packing as specified in the work order. Pack the required number of parts in each box and if required, wrap each part in protective product wrap using appropriate material.


• Pack a Pre-Season Instruction Packet in the box if required.


• Generate and affix box-content identity label for each completed box and stack boxes on pallets in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Operate a wrapping machine to cover each pallet in plastic wrap.


• May perform other duties as assigned in support of team, departmental, and organizational goals.
