Job Summary

The North America Consumer PS organization is a high-performing business with a strong #1 market share position, a dynamic retail environment, and significant opportunities for continued growth. We are seeking for a experienced business driver to join the Business Management team to support and drive NA Retail execution, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, financial commitments, supply allocation, and in-market performance.

This role is responsible for translating quarterly business plans into disciplined execution across Sales, Channel, Category, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance. The individual will play a critical role in supply allocation optimization, inventory and logistics performance management, quarterly execution tracking, and risk mitigation, ensuring NA Retail commitments are delivered with rigor and transparency.

The ideal candidate operates with strong business acumen, is highly analytical, and thrives in a complex, matrixed environment, influencing without authority and driving results through cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and drives NA Retail Business Management, ensuring quarterly plans are executed in line with revenue, margin, supply, and inventory objectives.

  • Partners closely with Global Category, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams to optimize supply allocation for NA Retail, maximizing revenue opportunity while balancing constraints and priorities.

  • Leads and drives financial bridge management, including identification, analysis, and execution of opportunities to improve the P&L, ensuring actions are driven to closure in partnership with Finance and cross-functional teams.

  • Owns and develops capability around Regional Vendor Rebate (RVR) optimization, including actively pursuing incremental funding opportunities throughout the quarter and training and enabling additional team members to build repeatable processes, ensuring scalability and freeing leadership capacity from tactical execution.

  • Works cross-functionally with Logistics and Finance to understand and manage quarterly logistics cost structures, ensuring alignment with financial submissions, outlooks, and margin targets.

  • Collaborates with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to maximize ocean freight utilization each quarter, improving cost efficiency and execution predictability.

  • Helps lead quarterly execution cadence with Channel teams, providing structured and frequent visibility into:

    • Execution gaps versus plan

    • Performance by retailer and account

    • Variances versus PM roll-up commitments and leadership expectations

  • Manages, aligns, and partners with Channel and Category teams on RNO mitigation, identifying risks early and driving corrective actions to protect revenue and margin.

  • Owns local inventory performance management, including inventory health, aging, and alignment to demand signals and supply strategy.

  • Develops, maintains, and owns a business performance scorecard/dashboard, integrating revenue, margin, supply, inventory, logistics, and execution KPIs.

  • Synthesizes complex data and cross-functional inputs into clear business insights and recommendations, enabling timely and informed decision-making.

  • Continuously identifies opportunities to improve execution rigor, cross-functional alignment, and operating efficiency across NA Retail.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Typically 7–10 years of experience in business management, sales operations, category management, finance, supply chain, or related roles.

  • Experience working in retail, consumer electronics, or fast-paced matrix organizations strongly preferred.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
