Nanny for a Family near Palm Beach Gardens

Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny/House Manager to support a busy, close-knit family in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The family has three children — ages 4 years, 3 years, and a newborn — and is looking for a nurturing, organized professional who enjoys balancing hands-on childcare with household management.

This long-term position offers 40–50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility appreciated as the family's schedule may occasionally change. Responsibilities include providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care, planning engaging activities, maintaining children's routines, handling family laundry, meal preparation, tidying and organizing shared spaces and play areas, coordinating household tasks, running occasional family assistant errands, and helping keep the home running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and has experience caring for newborns in a busy household. Competitive pay is $30–$35 per hour.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours per week
