Nanny (Live-in or Live-out) - Charlotte, NC

A warm, fun-loving family based in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Full-Time Nanny to care for their two children, ages 4 and 9. The family leads an active lifestyle, and they are looking for a dependable, nurturing individual who can provide consistent care and adapt to a dynamic schedule. A private carriage house is available for a live-in arrangement, if desired. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide attentive and engaging care for two children (ages 4 and 9) 

• Manage morning and afternoon routines, including school drop-off and pick-up 

• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities, games, and outings 

• Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children 

• Ensure constant supervision around the backyard pool (must be a strong swimmer) 

• Accompany the family on occasional trips, both domestic and international 

• Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed 

Requirements: 

• Strong swimming ability and vigilant supervision near water 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

• Willingness and flexibility to travel  

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to childcare 

• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–8:00am and 1:00pm–5:30pm 

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
