Nanny Manager for a Family in Dunwoody

A welcoming family in Dunwoody is seeking a proactive, organized Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their two children and help keep the household running smoothly. This split-shift position averages 28–30 hours per week, with a minimum of 25 guaranteed hours. Responsibilities include morning routines, packing snacks and water bottles, school drop-offs and pickups, evening baths and pajamas, and helping with kitchen cleanup, children’s laundry, making beds, and light household organization. Occasional meal prep, errands, and grocery runs may also be needed. A family vehicle is provided, and the current nanny will help train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is warm, outgoing, detail-oriented, and naturally takes initiative. The children enjoy sports, outdoor play, music, and creative activities. The family wants someone who is fun and engaging but also firm, consistent with discipline, and confident in setting boundaries. A professional, teachable attitude, strong follow-through, and the ability to anticipate the family’s needs are essential. Occasional overnight care or travel is a plus but not required.
