Nanny Manager for a Family in Ponte Vedra Beach

A family relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking a positive, proactive, and highly organized Nanny Manager to become an integral part of their home. The family has four children ages 18, 17, 15, and 11. The older children are highly independent and busy with school, sports, and activities, so the role involves minimal hands-on childcare and is much more focused on household management and logistical support. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally brings positive energy, has a can-do attitude, reads the room well, and understands how to support a busy household without needing constant direction. Responsibilities may include school pick-ups, coordinating after-school activities, helping manage schedules, and ensuring the family's day-to-day operations run smoothly. Schools and activities may be located at different campuses approximately 10 minutes apart, so strong organizational skills, flexibility, and excellent time management are essential. The family is open to having the new hire spend up to two weeks in New York City training alongside their current nanny to ensure a seamless transition.

In addition to supporting the children’s schedules, this position includes comprehensive household management responsibilities. Duties may include meal preparation and cooking, grocery shopping, running errands, managing household laundry and linens, changing sheets and towels, unloading the dishwasher, maintaining kitchen organization, light housekeeping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, organizing household spaces, restocking household supplies, coordinating with vendors, obtaining service quotes, assisting with travel planning, scheduling appointments such as oil changes and vehicle maintenance, cleaning out humidifiers, maintaining family vehicles, and handling various household projects as needed. Daily responsibilities often include preparing dinner, letting the family dog out, reviewing schedules, tidying the home, and completing miscellaneous tasks that arise throughout the day.
