Nanny- Sarasota, Florida (Domestic and International travel)

Our client, a warm and active family based in beautiful Sarasota, FL, is seeking an energetic and creative Full-Time Nanny to support the care and development of their three children (ages 6, 3, and 1). The ideal candidate will have a natural connection with children, a passion for healthy living and nutrition, and a playful, hands-on approach to learning and exploration. This role is perfect for someone who resonates with the values of Waldorf and Charlotte Mason philosophies. Nanny should have flexibility for frequent travel (domestic and international).

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for three children (6, 3, and 1 years old)
• Plan and lead creative, hands-on activities (arts & crafts, music, nature walks, outdoor play)
• Prepare and serve healthy, balanced meals and snacks
• Foster a screen-free, curiosity-driven environment
• Maintain a consistent but flexible daily rhythm for the children
• Support the children’s emotional development and sibling dynamics with empathy
• Keep common areas tidy and organized, engaging children in clean-up routines
• Occasionally assist with light household tasks related to the children (e.g. laundry, organizing toys)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous nanny experience with multiple age groups (toddler to school-age)
• Natural ability to connect with children in a warm, respectful, and playful way
• Passionate about healthy living and nutrition; able to prepare simple, wholesome meals
• Familiarity with Waldorf, Charlotte Mason, or similar child-led educational philosophies
• Must be dependable, communicative, and flexible
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Valid Passport and flexibility for frequent travel (domestic and international).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
