• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Individual must be able to read and write English
• Must have good math skills
• Must have good attendance
• Must be able to work safely
• Must be dependable
• Knowledge of Excel, Power point, and Microsoft Word preferred.
• Must have good leadership skills and be able to deal with all types of work situations.
• Previous experience in the poultry industry is preferred
• Must be able to work shift assigned when needed
• Individual must have good communication skills and able to work well with others
• Individual must be able to work without close supervision
• Individual must have good reasoning skills
