Job Description - Nashville Division ASP in Nashville, Tennessee

POSITION SUMMARY:

Positively and measurably impact the sales/margins of Corporate Brand products through the support of Account Manager, retail staff and retail stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide customer service and have a working knowledge of Kroger’s Customer 1st Strategy
Administrative support for supervisor (Account Manager)
Communicate with Kroger and P.L. Marketing employees as directed
Create/update Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
Keying of warehouse distributions
Prepare and distribute period reports
Run distribution void reports for Kroger Brand Merchandising Representatives
Prepare period sales plan as directed by supervisor (Account Manager)
Recap weekly store call reports from Kroger Brand Merchandising Representatives
During periods of reduced regular scheduled hours due to circumstances including but not limited to holidays or unforeseen urgent customer support needs, employees may be responsible for additional store support outside of their normal essential job functions
Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Be 18 years of age or older
Communicate (read, write and speak) fluent English
Read and understand plan-o-grams
Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs
Knowledge of internet, email and web based applications
Adapt to advancing technology and computer solutions
Organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills
MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must be able to:
Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
Lift 10-15 lbs. occasionally
DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE: Administrative support position in office environment
Retail store experience
