About Us

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with dining details.
• Maintain an organized and clean waiting area.
• Create seating charts, table assignments, and seat guests in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with needs throughout the duration of the cruise.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Must successfully complete Manthey      Hospitality training courses.
