What you’ll do:

• Understand customer's needs and provide customized solutions
• Build a book of business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly load/margin goals
• Generate your own leads using prospecting tools
• Stay current on market trends to offer best rates to customers
• Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes, with support from an Operations Specialist once your business grows.

What you need:

• GED required; college degree preferred but not essential
• Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
• Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone
• Self-motivated and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience welcome but not required -- we provide training from the ground up!
