Data Collection Agent

DEX Imaging | Field-Based Role (Local Travel Required)

This isn’t a desk-only role. It’s a dynamic position where you’ll be out in the field, gathering critical data that directly supports business operations, decision-making, and customer success. If you’re someone who enjoys autonomy, structure, and being trusted to get the job done right—you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Do

Collect, verify, and document accurate data in real-world environments
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office tools to input, track, and organize information
Maintain clean, reliable records that drive operational efficiency
Travel to designated locations using your own vehicle (local routes)
Communicate insights, updates, and findings with internal teams
Operate with a high level of professionalism while working independently
Uphold DEX Imaging’s standards around safety, confidentiality, and accuracy

What Makes You a Fit

You’re highly detail-oriented—mistakes don’t slip past you
You’re self-directed and productive without constant oversight
You’re comfortable balancing independence with team collaboration
You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
You have a reliable, insured personal vehicle
You can pass a background check and drug screening

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in data collection, field services, inspections, or audits
Familiarity with Excel formulas or basic data analysis
A naturally organized, process-driven mindset
