Job Description - National Operations Center Support Manager

Summary:


In this role, you will support the execution of key business processes by providing operational, analytical, and coordination support that enables consistent delivery across stakeholders. You will manage data, track projects, prepare materials, and support administrative workflows while balancing multiple priorities with limited oversight. You will contribute to efficient operations, accurate reporting, and strong cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and analytical support across business processes and initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, projects, and activities within internal systems and trackers.

  • Support preparation and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Assist with validation and reconciliation of operational or financial data as needed.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation for internal and external meetings.

  • Support planning and coordination for team-wide or department-wide initiatives.

  • Assist in development and management of pricing, proposals, and statements of work.

  • Collaborate with internal reviewers to finalize documents and ensure proper documentation and filing.

  • Maintain tools, systems, templates, and resource documentation to support business operations.

  • Share updates, identify operational gaps or risks, and contribute recommendations to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in business operations, project coordination, sales support, or similar roles preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools, trackers, and reporting platforms preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
