Job Description - National Purchase Closing Specialist


Job Title: Purchase Closing Team Specialist (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Purchase Closing Team Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing final closing costs with lenders, preparing accurate closing statements, and ensuring smooth communication with all parties involved in the transaction. You’ll manage a high volume of closings, communicate regularly via email and phone, and maintain precise documentation within our systems. Accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Balance final costs with lenders using provided closing documents
• Prepare accurate closing statements within an average of 20–30 minutes for initial drafts and 5–10 minutes for revisions
• Email final loan packages, closing statements, and title documents to the designated notary or attorney
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email throughout the closing process
• Use Outlook, Teams, Excel, and ResWare (our internal software) to manage communication and workflow
• Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with company procedures

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and familiarity with ResWare or similar title software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior closing experience in the title or real estate industry 
• ResWare experience preferred

Working Hours: This is a full-time, in-office position from 9AM - 6PM.
