National Sales Director - B2B

What The Position is About:

• Drive new business development across kitchen and bath dealers, home builders, and distributors while carrying a personal sales quota
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new accounts, with a primary focus on new sales generation and market expansion
• Lead and manage the network of independent manufacturer’s rep firms, including recruiting stronger firms as needed
• Establish territories, target account lists, commission structures, sales expectations, and pipelines for independent rep firms
• Maintain a consistent weekly cadence with the rep network, monitor sales performance, and hold firms accountable for production
• Develop and implement sales strategies based on the unique sales cycles and economics of dealer, builder, and distributor channels
• Work closely with customer service and inside sales resources to support quoting, order processing, dealers, and sales representatives

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Kitchen cabinetry sales experience
• Recent experience carrying a personal sales quota and an existing book of business with dealers, builders, distributors, or multifamily buyers
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing independent manufacturer’s rep firms
• Strong understanding of cost, margin, freight, and overall deal economics
