Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Serpa Team! As the National Sales - Drop Packer, you will be required to develop new Drop Packer business opportunities.

Requirements:  

• Great listening skills


• Interpersonal skills (hand holding & relationship building)


• Patience & persistence, non-stop cold calling


• Must have great hunting/prospecting skills


• Travel nationally required, 25% up to 75%


• Must be self-motivated


• Microsoft office knowledge: Outlook

Desired Requirements: 

• Pervious sales experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Salesforce or equivalent CRM software experience

Base Salary Range: $100,000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $30,000 - $100,000
