Job Description - National Sales Manager

Leading global supplier of chair mat and surface protection mats for the office and home is currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join their team. As an NSM, you will be tasked to develop existing customers and markets, open up new customers, and break into new markets. Ideally based in our Murfreesboro, TN location; this role is predominately focused on the US region as well as supporting the overall company growth of the business. The NSM will report directly to the Head of North American Sales and will work closely with the team in both the US & UK to shape the long-term sales strategy of the company, maximizing revenue growth and customer acquisition across B2B and DTC sales channels, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities –

Build and maintain our current BRB and DTC client accounts via constant communication to discuss their evolving needs.
Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance.
Identify new emerging markets and trends
Secure new business opportunities by identifying key customer for our product lines and assess their potential value.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to maximize the commercial potential of new product launches.
Maintain SEO on all our client’s website by analyzing, reporting, and providing development action plans.
Create client price lists using our pricing structure, as well as producing client profit reports.
Manage promotions and advertising with retailers, tracking and reporting results.
Prepare and present quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
Achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements –

College degree (Business, Sales, or another related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years of proven successful and relevant sales experience in either B2B or DTC.
A self-starter with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive overall business success.
Strong commercial sense, industry expertise, and broad business knowledge
Effectively communicate, build relationships, and develop trust
Overnight travel required
