National Support Technician & Installer - Immediate Start

This position will require travel about 75%-80% of the time. Travel may be through out the U.S.

What’s the opportunity:

The National Support Technician role is dynamic and requires extensive travel to various regions, adapting to diverse customer environments. Technicians will face varying work schedules based on customer needs, project scope, and availability, including potential for irregular hours. This position involves both indoor and outdoor work settings, demanding physical activities such as standing for long periods, lifting heavy equipment, and navigating different weather conditions. Candidates must be prepared for a high degree of mobility and flexibility, embracing changes in location and work environments with a positive attitude. Safety and health protocols are rigorously followed to ensure the well-being of our technicians and clients alike. What will you do:

• Provide expert installation and service support across different regions as per customer requirements.
• Maintain flexibility to travel and adapt to new environments, delivering high-quality service in varying customer settings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Submit monthly reports detailing work progress, challenges encountered, and the impact of service provided.
• Participate in an annual evaluation to contribute to the program's continuous improvement
