Role Description: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Product Manager - Mobile Apps will lead our mobile apps, product owners, and teams. You will be setting the vision of our mobile apps, managing multiple roadmaps, fostering its growth, building a culture of "app-first" across our business. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our product offerings, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of the market and our users. You will play a key role in advocating for mobile app development, driving user adoption, conversion, retention, and referrals through engagement and intuitive app experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Leadership: Own the mobile apps product roadmap, defining clear strategies for growth and innovation.
• Mobile App Expertise: Showcase expertise in mobile app technology and capabilities. Continuously learn and identify new opportunities in the mobile app OS roadmaps to grow mobile app adoption, conversion, retention, and referrals.
• Mobile App Strategy & Growth: Lead new strategies and experimentation plans that align with our business goals, continuously driving and evaluating against Mobile App OKRs and KPIs.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess the business impact of new features and improvements, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes that support strategic goals.
• Product Discovery: Plan, lead, and execute customer research, user testing, design concepts alongside designers and stakeholders to identify user pain points, needs, desires, and testing of new concepts that support new features or user journeys that will make a positive impact on mobile app OKRs and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to refine development requests and foster new initiatives that drive product success.
• Line Management: Manage a team of product owners, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and developing them into future product leaders.
• Continuous Improvement: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, continually refining processes and outputs to boost product performance and user satisfaction.

• Industry Expertise: Robust background in mobile apps, with specific experience in the casino and sports sector of the iGaming industry, including B2B and B2C contexts.
• Passion for Gaming: A deep enthusiasm for the gaming industry, particularly with experience launching/managing projects in the US sports market.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and product management skills, capable of navigating complex platform and product landscapes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively, translating complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Leadership Skills: Guide cross-functional teams and peers with a clear product vision & roadmap that inspires and motivates people to support.
• Quality Focused: Maintains high standards of product quality across customer experience and product performance of mobile apps and features.
