Overview:

Location: The Contractor shall perform work for this effort at NSWCPD facilities in Philadelphia, PA.

Annual Salary Range: $25 to $45 per hour

INTECON, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistician II to support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation and lifecycle logistics data analysis for U.S. Navy Submarine Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems. This role directly supports NSWCPD Code 24 in maintaining supply chain readiness and configuration control across critical submarine platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles shall include:

• Assist in the development, update, and use of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentation for Navy Submarine HM&E systems.
• Perform data entry, tracking, and analysis within logistics databases such as CDMD-OA (Central Data Management Office – Authoritative Source) to support logistics decision-making.
• Identify and validate Allowance Parts List (APL), Configuration Data, and Maintenance Material Support data against system baselines.

• Coordinate with NSWCPD engineering, technical, and program offices to ensure accurate logistical data alignment during ship modernization and alterations.
• Review and update logistics artifacts including Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) cards, Technical Manuals, COSALs, and Engineering Operational Sequencing Systems (EOSS).
• Provide logistics support for engineering change proposals and ship alteration packages, ensuring supply supportability and spares provisioning alignment.
• Prepare logistics metrics, records, and reports for program managers, engineering leads, and sponsors in support of CDRL submissions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate of high school, trade school, or industrial school, or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting ILS product development or use for Navy systems and equipment.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting U.S. Navy Submarine logistics documentation, systems, and applications.
• Familiarity with logistics lifecycle documentation and Navy provisioning systems for shipboard modernization and maintenance.
• Experience working with configuration management records and asset visibility tools.

Preferred Certifications and Training:

• NAVSEA CDMD-OA Training
• DoD Supply Chain Management or Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) Training
• Configuration Data Manager (CDM) Certification (preferred)
• Fundamentals of ILS for Naval Systems (DAU or NAVSUP)

Proficiency in:

• Navy logistics systems such as CDMD-OA, TDMIS, or SCLSIS
• Maintenance and logistics documentation formats (APL, PMS, COSAL, EOSS)
• Microsoft Excel and database systems for logistics tracking
• Interpreting Technical Manuals and logistics support artifacts

Security Clearance:
