Needing a Board certified Fam med physician comfortable with all ages, but with experience treating lots of chronic illness, complicated cases, multiple comorbidities, and substance abuse issues. No pediatrics providers on staff, so need someone who can treat cradle to grave.  

Other additional pertinent information:

Currently have a part-time doc works 1 day per week, as acting med director. 2 APP’s.
