As an Afspraakplanner, you will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments and coordinating services for our Dutch-speaking clients, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule appointments for Dutch-speaking clients with Proximus representatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding scheduling.
• Input and maintain appointment details in the CRM system with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless appointment coordination and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the scheduling process.
• Stay informed about Proximus services and solutions to effectively assist clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and details.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
