We are looking for someone that can work with a 16 year old female with behavioral issues. She needs 1 on 1 attention in a house with 9 other girls. We are looking for someone to help get her back on track with job hunting, extra curricular activities, and working well with others.
WORK DATES: The authorization is effective 05/28/25 to 06/11/25
for the hours indicated below:
• 12 hours per day; Monday to Friday (12pm to 12am)
• 12 hours per day; Saturday and Sunday (12pm to 12am)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- MUST WORK ALL HOURS ABOVE - We will try to extend another 2 week session
- Be a role model when on shift and take care of the client in the facility.
- Help with cooking, cleaning, teaching of independent living skills and structure.
- Help guide the youth down the right road and deal with incidents of youths poor decisions.
- Assist the youth with homework, if needed, making memories and progressing in life.
We strive to find the right people to work with our kiddos. We try to have as much of a family-like environment as possible being that these youth have been pulled from their family and placed in a group home in the interim. We are looking for strong, capable and reliable staff that will be compensated fairly. We are looking to make a difference in these girls lives and create structure for them to build off.
