I would like to temporarily hire an office assistant (for 90 Days) that can manage this office for us including:
- Answer incoming company phone calls and emails
- Book estimate appointments for our contractor(s) in our online systems
- Book onsite job appointments for our contractor(s) in our online systems
- Create work orders and contracts in our online systems
- Process credit card payments from customers over the phone
- Call/text contractor(s) to remind them of appointments and get updates on estimates, contracts/jobs, and ect
- Call/text customers to remind them of appointments and collect payments over the phone
- Run errands such as: collect payments from customers, pick up mail/packages, bank deposits, take property pictures
- Post to to our social media accounts to attract business
- Manage job accounts such as NextDoor/ThumbTack, and more
- Pass out flyers and business cards at local grocery stores, place yard signs at corners, and more
Requirements:
- Monday-Friday, 8;30am-4:30pm
- Uniform is green dark or forest polo shirt or button down shirt with tan or brown khakis pants
- Can phone and in person interview immediately, and start working in office as soon as March 4th
- Must be very efficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Have experience using company software that manages work orders, or tickets, or alike
- Must have reliable vehicle (preferably a truck or van, but not required)
- Must have excellent people skills, good customer service, and great verbal communication
- We will run a background and drug test. Only sex or violent related crimes are not eligible.
