Job Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)

Responsibilities: Conducting pre-school initial assessments, including the initial meeting with parents, observations, assessments, report writing, presenting at the Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and any necessary follow-up for signature. Collaborating with a team consisting of two SLPs and two education teachers (current employees) to attend IEP meetings.
Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
• Experience: Prior experience in conducting assessments and participating in IEP meetings is preferred but not mandatory
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing assignments and schedules

CaseloadDetails:

• Job #1--SLP going on maternity leave at anelementary, K-5 site with 2 classrooms of autism programming. The hours are 9:00-3:30. We would interview any part-time or full-time staff as interested.

  Job #2--We also have a need at our early childhood building. Part-time work in a 3-5 year old setting. 2-3 days per week. It would need to be in person
