About the Role
The Negotiation & Resolution Specialist is a career-building opportunity for professionals who enjoy negotiation, problem-solving, and driving matters toward resolution. Successful candidates come from a variety of backgrounds, including law, insurance, claims, healthcare, financial services, and other fields that require strong analytical and communication skills.
In this role, you will represent our health plan clients on plan recovery matters, evaluate case and settlement information, communicate with plaintiff firms and insurance representatives, and help drive matters toward resolution.
This is a hands-on role where you will develop highly transferable skills in negotiation, financial analysis, stakeholder communication, case strategy, and portfolio management while helping deliver meaningful financial outcomes for some of the nation's largest health plans.
