Neighborhood Administrator (Hearth)

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT 

Some companies call them “Property Administrators,” but at Prometheus our Neighborhood Administrators do so much more. Our Neighborhood Administrators focus on the operations of our Neighborhoods and your role is a constant blend of:

• Financial Administration – Whether it is managing rent collections, reviewing ledgers, processing final account statements, preparing financial reports, or tracking invoices, you are on top of it all. You make every detail count and count every detail.


• Leasing Administration - You will provide support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors: verifying applications, performing credit investigations, and creating all associated documentation accompanying the rental agreements.


• Customer Service – You are a problem solver that makes renting easy. You'll help acquaint new Neighbors with leasing documentation, Neighborhood specific rules, policies, apartment functions, and emergency procedures to ensure Neighbor satisfaction.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We offer a variety of benefits that take compensation well beyond a paycheck. This includes traditional benefits and benefits you might not expect or know about. The provided salary range is based on a number of factors, including location, job-related skills, experience and qualifications.   

Compensation 

• Pay Range: $28.25 to $33.00 per hour


• $200 Incentive Per Lease


• Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan


• Weekend Shift Premium Pay
