Position: Field Brand Ambassador
We’re building a fun, high-energy field team in the Tempe area and are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to help represent our brand in neighborhoods across the Valley.

This is a face-to-face outreach role. You’ll be the first point of contact between Tacheny and local homeowners—starting conversations, sharing who we are, and scheduling free home inspections with no pressure or sales involved.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Walking designated neighborhoods and knocking doors
   
• Talking with homeowners about roofing or exterior needs
   
• Introducing our brand and setting up no-obligation inspections
   
• Logging homeowner info into our mobile app
   
• Attending quick daily huddles and weekly team meetings
   
• Tracking your progress and reporting daily activity
   

Who We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality—you’re comfortable talking to strangers
   
• Competitive and goal-driven (you like to win!)
   
• Reliable transportation (we work across the Valley)
   
• Comfortable walking and working outdoors for hours
   
• Resilient and coachable—can handle rejection and keep moving
   
• Sales or outreach experience is a bonus, but not required
