Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager

Title: Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager
Pay: 48.08 to 56.25 per hour depending on experience.

Night and weekend support as needed for a Level III NICU that provides family centered neonatal care across Osceola County.

Key responsibilities

• Assign nurses to acuity and maintain safe ratios

• Lead performance improvement, safety, and patient experience work

• Manage budget, supplies, and capital needs

• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members

• Collaborate across womens and childrens services for seamless care

Qualifications

• 2 plus years recent NICU leadership Manager or Charge

• 4 plus years staff NICU RN experience

• Active RN license. AHA BLS within 30 days. NRP within 6 months

• BSN required. Masters preferred
