Salary Range: (DOE) We anticipate most qualified candidates will fall within the $65k – $75k range.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive NetSuite Specialist to support cross-functional operations between Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Manufacturing, and Finance. This role is responsible for managing item and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, maintaining accurate product costing, and providing training and documentation to key stakeholders to facilitate work order (WO) and BOM management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in launching new products, maintaining data accuracy, and improving our existing products.

Key Responsibilities

Item & BOM Management

• Create and maintain item records and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in NetSuite for new and existing products.
  


• Collaborate with DFM and Manufacturing teams during new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure accurate item and BOM setup.
  


• Systematically audit BOMs, item costs, and routings to ensure accurate product costing and up-to-date engineering fields (e.g., ROHS, REACH, CE, UL, IP rating).
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between DFM, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
  


• Ensure alignment of NetSuite data with real-world operations and product lifecycle stages (e.g., EOL, EOS).
  


• Provide training and documentation to key stakeholders to support efficient WO and BOM management.
  
  

Data Integrity & Reporting

• Maintain high data accuracy in NetSuite related to Items, BOMs, Inventory, and production activities.
  


• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
  


• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and work order management.
  


• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and cost auditing.
  


• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  


• Experience in demand planning or familiarity with forecasting processes is a plus.
  


• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to work with data exports and reports.
  


• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
