Job Title: Networking and Cybersecurity Advisor

Hybrid Role: Mostly remote, onsite once/week

Project Details: Contractor support and consulting services are required for the Network and Cybersecurity design for the Moreno Compressor Modernization (MCM) & Honor Rancho Compressor Modernization (HRCM) Projects
Must Have Skills:
Must have minimum 8 years’ experience in designing, configuring and deploying Network and Cybersecurity systems
Experience developing cybersecurity policies and risk assessment procedures for network systems
Experienced with Routers and Switches
Experienced with Rockwell / Allen Bradley PLCs (PlantPAx, ThinManager, Integrated Architecture Builder (IAB)
Nice to Have Skills:
Oil and Gas experience
Utilities experience
Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelors Degree required
Day to day responsibilities:
Provide technical support in developing the system architecture drawing. The applicable best practices, design recommendations and technology improvements from Basic Process Control System (BPCS) / Electrical Network original equipment manufacturer (OEM) shall be considered.
Review and comment to network and cybersecurity related detailed design deliverables submitted by project contractors.
Assist in designing the BPCS system / Electrical Network and servers’ integration with third-party systems including PI Historian, Intelligent Electronic Devices (Allen Bradley IntelliCenter, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories -SEL), continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS), F&G System and packaged equipment PLCs.
Propose BPCS/Electrical network equipment (Server, switches, etc.) selection and determine the application software requirements for each project. Selections must be submitted for review and approval.
Review and revise the Owner’s specifications MRC-IC-SP-004 Control System Panel Specification, MRC-IC-SP-005 Design Criteria for HMI Screens, and MRC-IC-SP-006 PLC Program Design Criteria with any approved updates from this effort.
Revise and submit for review and approval reference Network Architecture drawings for each project.
Support the integration of the existing networks and the new networks. Track project controls budgets and costs across various buckets and conduct journal entries as needed
Develop and distribute weekly, month, quarterly updates and reporting as expected
