Network and Multimedia Team Leader

abra R&D is seeking for an IT Team Lead.

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and lead the Network and Multimedia Team, which includes 5 employees across multiple nationwide sites.

A full-time, on-site position, based in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead improvement and efficiency initiatives in the fields of communication and multimedia, including communication hubs, meeting rooms, and command & control centers.
• Take ownership of multimedia standards across the division, including coordination with vendors, customers, and manufacturers.
• Manage communication equipment inventory, including upgrades of communication nodes and hubs.
• Lead projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

• Certified Practical Engineer (CPE) or B.Sc. in a relevant technical field. Cisco CCNA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in communication and multimedia within a large organization.
• At least 2 years of team management and multidisciplinary project leadership
• Proven experience in configuring Cisco and Arista communication equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong documentation skills – writing SOPs and maintaining operational control routines
