Are you passionate about supplying high quality pharmaceutical products to patients? In our Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Synthetics Manufacturing Platform, we are investing to be ready for what the future brings.

We are seeking a leader to drive the execution of a global network capacity expansion program across multiple Synthetics Manufacturing sites. This role will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate cross‑site readiness, identify and mitigate execution risks and interdependencies, and provide regular progress updates to senior executives—ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site leads to assess site-specific execution risks, interdependencies, resource needs, and contingency plans; provide coaching and escalation support.
  • Provide regular, clear, executive-level updates (status, risks, mitigations, budget impacts, schedule forecasts) to senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Drive decision-making by synthesizing technical and commercial inputs into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent program governance, standards, and best practices are applied across sites.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliverables; drive corrective actions when performance falls below plan.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supply chain environment (operations, quality, engineering).
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing significant projects or capital programs
  • Progressive operational/program leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, process scale-up, or large capital projects
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-site execution programs across geographies
  • Strong track record of interfacing with senior executives and presenting program status and recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve cross‑site interdependencies, mitigate execution risk, and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and to reconcile multiple stakeholder viewpoints

Preferred:

  • PMP Certified
  • Ability to maintain clear program plans, milestone progress, risk and issue tracking, and dependency mapping to support informed decision‑making by senior leadership

Other:

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international) is required
